Product Overview

The KYF Flotation Machine manufactured by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-efficiency inflatable mechanical agitation flotation machine used for mineral separation in ore beneficiation plants. It is suitable for flotation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, and molybdenum, ferrous metals such as iron and manganese, and non-metallic minerals such as coal, fluorite, and talc.

This KYF flotation cell works through external air inflation and mechanical stirring. The impeller rotates to mix air and slurry, creating fine bubbles that attach to valuable mineral particles and carry them to the surface as mineralized froth. The froth overflows into the concentrate launder, while tailings discharge from the lower part of the tank. With low energy consumption, large air intake, uniform bubble distribution, strong pulp mixing, simple structure, and wear-resistant rubber impeller and stator, the KYF Flotation Machine is suitable for roughing, scavenging, cleaning, and complete flotation circuit applications.
