Product Overview

The SF Flotation Machine produced by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a self-suction mechanical agitation flotation machine used for separating non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for flotation separation of copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, iron, manganese, fluorite, talc, coal, phosphate, and other valuable minerals in ore beneficiation plants.

This SF flotation cell integrates pulp self-suction and air self-suction in one machine, eliminating the need for additional air compressors or slurry pumps in many flotation layouts. During operation, the impeller rotates to draw air and pulp into the tank, disperse air into fine bubbles, and create strong slurry circulation. Mineral particles attach to bubbles and rise to the surface to form mineralized froth, which is removed by the froth scraper as concentrate, while tailings are discharged from the lower section. With strong aeration, large circulation volume, efficient bubble dispersion, compact structure, low power consumption, and durable wear-resistant components, the SF Flotation Machine is suitable for roughing, scavenging, cleaning, and multi-cell flotation separation systems.
