The customer needed a high-capacity coal gangue crushing solution for a production site with limited available space. Traditional fixed crushing plants require larger foundations, wider installation areas, and more civil construction work, which was not suitable for the customer’s site layout. The project also required efficient crushing of coal gangue, flexible machine movement, lower operating cost, and safer production control. Since coal gangue processing often involves frequent material transfer and changing site conditions, the customer needed equipment that could move easily, stop and start flexibly, and maintain stable crushing efficiency under compact site conditions.

Our Solution

Zhenggang Machinery configured a new mobile impact crushing station for the customer’s 500 T/H coal gangue processing requirement. The mobile impact crusher integrates feeding, crushing, conveying, mobility, and intelligent control into one compact crushing system. Compared with a fixed plant, the mobile station requires less site area, offers flexible movement, and can be adjusted according to the customer’s production layout. As a dedicated coal gangue crushing solution, it provides efficient crushing performance, semi-automatic operation, intelligent control, energy-saving operation, and improved safety for continuous production.

The project was implemented through site evaluation, coal gangue material analysis, mobile crushing equipment selection, production configuration, delivery, installation, commissioning, and operator training. Zhenggang Machinery focused on solving the customer’s limited-site problem by providing a compact mobile impact crushing station that could move flexibly, operate efficiently, and meet the 500 T/H coal gangue processing requirement.

The Results

After commissioning, the mobile impact crushing station provided the customer with efficient 500 T/H coal gangue processing performance. The compact mobile design reduced the need for large civil foundations and helped the customer operate within limited site space. The flexible movement, semi-automatic structure, intelligent operation, and energy-saving crushing process improved site adaptability and production efficiency. The project also helped the customer convert coal gangue into reusable crushed materials, supporting resource recycling and more efficient industrial waste utilization.
