The customer needed a complete mineral processing production line capable of handling ore crushing, grinding, classification, separation, dewatering, and drying within one integrated system. The main challenge was to build a plant with stable processing capacity, compact layout, easy operation, low maintenance requirements, and reliable separation performance. Since beneficiation plants often operate under different geological, climatic, and site conditions, the customer required equipment that could adapt to complex mining environments, including areas with limited water resources. The project also required centralized process monitoring to improve equipment control, production efficiency, and technical reporting.

Our Solution

Zhenggang Machinery configured a complete 10–280 T/H mineral processing equipment solution based on the customer’s ore characteristics and beneficiation requirements. The process uses a three-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening system, followed by grinding and separation with ball mill, magnetic separator or flotation machine, and beneficiation column. After separation, the mineral concentrate enters concentration, filtration, and drying processes to obtain dry finished mineral products. The production line also adopts an advanced DCS automatic control system, allowing centralized monitoring, real-time process data collection, equipment adjustment, and automatic generation of production technical reports.

The project was implemented through ore analysis, process design, equipment selection, plant layout planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operator training. Zhenggang Machinery designed the mineral processing line to integrate crushing, grinding, classification, separation, concentration, drying, and automatic control into one coordinated production system. This structured implementation helped the customer improve production stability, reduce operational risk, and manage the beneficiation plant more efficiently.

The Results

After installation and commissioning, the mineral processing equipment production line provided the customer with stable ore beneficiation performance and efficient process control. The integrated crushing, grinding, classification, flotation or magnetic separation, concentration, and drying system helped improve material flow and finished mineral product quality. The compact layout reduced investment pressure, while the DCS automatic control system improved real-time monitoring, equipment adjustment, process data collection, and production reporting. The line also supported operation under different site environments, making it suitable for long-term mining production.
