Zhenggang Machinery configured a complete 10–280 T/H mineral processing equipment solution based on the customer’s ore characteristics and beneficiation requirements. The process uses a three-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening system, followed by grinding and separation with ball mill, magnetic separator or flotation machine, and beneficiation column. After separation, the mineral concentrate enters concentration, filtration, and drying processes to obtain dry finished mineral products. The production line also adopts an advanced DCS automatic control system, allowing centralized monitoring, real-time process data collection, equipment adjustment, and automatic generation of production technical reports.
