The customer needed a reliable crushing and sand-making production line for manufactured sand and construction aggregate supply in Doha, Qatar. The main challenge was to produce artificial sand with better grading, controlled stone powder content, stable particle size, and consistent quality for infrastructure and concrete applications. Traditional wet sand-making systems require large amounts of water for sand washing, which increases production cost and creates water-resource pressure. The customer required a more flexible sand production solution that could reduce water dependence, make better use of stone powder, improve finished sand quality, and support continuous operation in a demanding construction materials market.

Our Solution

Zhenggang Machinery configured a complete 50–500 T/H crushing and sand-making production line according to the customer’s aggregate quality requirements and site conditions. Large stone is first fed evenly by a vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed to secondary crushing equipment such as cone crusher or impact crusher, screened by vibrating screen, and sent to the vertical shaft impact sand-making machine for fine crushing and sand shaping. Finished sand can be washed by sand washer when required, while oversize materials return to the sand-making section to form a closed-loop production process.

The project was implemented through raw material evaluation, process selection, equipment configuration, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operator training. Zhenggang Machinery designed the crushing and sand-making line to support stable aggregate production, improved manufactured sand grading, reduced water dependence, and flexible operation for construction material supply in Doha, Qatar.

The Results

After installation and commissioning, the crushing and sand-making production line helped the customer produce high-quality manufactured sand and construction aggregates with stable capacity and improved grading. The dry sand-making process option reduced dependence on water resources and helped make better use of stone powder generated during production. The closed-loop crushing and screening process improved particle size control, while the sand-making machine enhanced finished sand shape. The complete system supported continuous operation for infrastructure, highway, railway, building materials, and concrete aggregate applications.
