Zhenggang Machinery configured a customized kaolin grinding and washing production line according to the customer’s processing needs and investment requirements. The solution included ball mill grinding equipment, sand washing machine, and supporting material handling equipment. The ball mill was used for kaolin grinding and powder preparation, while the washing equipment supported clay cleaning and material quality improvement. The complete production line was designed to provide advanced grinding technology, good processing results, economical equipment cost, wear-resistant operation, and lower maintenance risk.

The project was completed through equipment configuration, manufacturing, loading, shipment, installation preparation, and commissioning support. Zhenggang Machinery supplied the kaolin ball mill, sand washing machine, and related equipment according to the customer’s processing requirements. After production was completed in June 2021, the equipment was loaded and shipped to Malaysia to support the customer’s kaolin grinding and washing production line.
The kaolin production line helped the customer establish a stable and economical mineral processing system for kaolin grinding and washing. The equipment provided good wear resistance, stable operation, and lower overall investment than the customer expected. With ball mill grinding and washing equipment, the production line supported improved kaolin processing quality, better material handling, and reliable long-term operation for industrial mineral applications such as ceramics, paper making, refractory materials, coatings, rubber, plastics, and chemical products.
