The Challenge

The customer needed a quartz sand production line capable of processing hard quartz material with stable output quality and controlled particle size. Quartz sand has high hardness, so the production system required reliable grinding equipment, efficient screening, and a process layout suitable for long-term continuous operation. The customer also needed a production solution that could reduce dust and noise pollution while maintaining good sand shape, uniform particles, and flexible process adjustment. Another important requirement was that the line should adapt not only to quartz sand but also to different rock materials through simple process adjustment and equipment combination.

Our Solution

Zhenggang Machinery customized a quartz sand ball mill production line according to the customer’s raw material, rock condition, site layout, and final product requirements. The solution used ball mill sand-making technology combined with screening and conveying equipment to produce quartz sand with controllable particle size and uniform finished product quality. The ball mill system adopted a sealed positive-pressure operation design to reduce dust leakage, while sound insulation measures helped control production noise. The process also allowed adjustable feed and discharge size, supporting both dry grinding and wet grinding according to environmental and production requirements.

The project was implemented through raw material analysis, site condition review, process design, equipment manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning. Zhenggang Machinery designed the quartz sand production line according to the customer’s actual production needs and site conditions. After the equipment arrived at the customer site, the ball mill and screening equipment were prepared for installation and commissioning to support stable quartz sand production.

The Results

After installation and commissioning, the quartz sand production line provided the customer with a stable and efficient sand-making system. The ball mill process helped produce quartz sand with controllable particle size, good particle shape, and uniform finished product quality. The sealed operation system reduced dust leakage, while noise control measures helped keep the production environment cleaner and quieter.
