Product Overview

The XCF Flotation Machine manufactured by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is an air-inflation mechanical agitation flotation machine designed for efficient mineral separation in ore beneficiation plants. It integrates slurry self-suction and air intake functions, making it suitable for flotation separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.

This XCF flotation cell is commonly used for copper ore, lead-zinc ore, nickel ore, molybdenum ore, iron ore, manganese ore, chromium ore, fluorite, talc, graphite, coal, and other mineral flotation processes. During operation, the impeller creates a negative pressure zone that draws air and slurry into the impeller chamber. The air is dispersed into fine bubbles and mixed with slurry, allowing valuable mineral particles to attach to bubbles and rise as mineralized froth.

The XCF flotation machine is often combined with KYF flotation cells to form an efficient flotation circuit. In this system, XCF works as the suction unit for slurry return and air intake, while KYF works as the discharge unit, improving flotation circulation, mineral recovery, and concentrate quality.
