Zhenggang Machinery designed a complete quartzite crushing and sand-making process based on the customer’s raw material and finished product requirements. Blasted quartzite is first conveyed evenly by the GZD-1300×3600 vibrating feeder into the PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher for primary crushing. The material is then transported by belt conveyor to the PF1820 impact crusher for medium and fine crushing. After two-stage crushing, the material enters the 4YK1848 vibrating screen for classification. Screened material is sent to regulating silos and then conveyed to the TK8622 sand-making machine for efficient fine crushing and sand production.

The project was implemented through quarry site assessment, quartzite material analysis, process design, equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and operator training. Zhenggang Machinery configured the production line to support primary crushing, medium-fine crushing, screening, material regulation, and final sand making. This structured process helped the customer achieve stable high-capacity quartzite aggregate production and consistent finished material grading.
After commissioning, the 600 T/H quartzite crushing and sand-making production line achieved stable high-capacity operation and reliable finished product grading. The production process allowed the customer to produce multiple aggregate sizes, including 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 10–30mm. The combination of jaw crushing, impact crushing, screening, regulating silo feeding, and TK8622 sand making improved quartzite processing efficiency and supported high-quality construction aggregate and manufactured sand production for quarry, concrete, road, and infrastructure projects.
