Product Overview

The Chute Feeder manufactured by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a reliable continuous feeding device used to supply bulk materials evenly from storage bins or hoppers to receiving equipment. It is mainly used for feeding ore materials to ball mills, belt conveyors, crushers, classifiers, and other mineral processing machines.

This mining chute feeder is suitable for short-distance feeding of non-sticky granular and block materials such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, coal, sand, slag, and construction aggregates. The machine uses a motor, reducer, eccentric wheel, connecting rod, and reciprocating feeding chute to move materials forward and discharge them evenly. The feeding rate can be adjusted by changing the eccentric throw or stroke frequency, allowing stable material flow control for ore dressing plants, grinding systems, crushing lines, metallurgy plants, building material production, and chemical processing systems.
