The CTB Series Magnetic Separator produced by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wet-type permanent magnetic separator used for separating fine-grained magnetic materials in mineral processing and industrial purification applications. It is mainly used for magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite, and other magnetic minerals, and it is also suitable for iron removal from coal, quartz, feldspar, kaolin, ceramics, building materials, and non-metallic minerals.
This wet magnetic separator uses a rotating non-magnetic stainless-steel drum and a fixed magnetic system made with high-performance ferrite and rare-earth magnetic materials. During operation, magnetic particles in the slurry are attracted to the drum surface, carried out of the magnetic field area, and discharged as concentrate, while non-magnetic particles flow to the tailings outlet. With downstream, counter-current, and semi-counter-current tank configurations, the CTB Magnetic Separator can be selected for roughing, cleaning, scavenging, fine particle recovery, and general beneficiation applications in iron ore processing plants, coal washing systems, and non-metallic mineral purification lines.
