Product Overview

The Hydrocyclone manufactured by Zhengzhou Zhenggang Machinery Co., Ltd. is designed for efficient classification, separation, concentration, dewatering, and desliming in mineral processing and industrial applications. It separates coarse solid particles, mud, sand, and fine materials from slurry or wastewater using centrifugal force. During operation, slurry enters tangentially into the hydrocyclone under pressure or gravity, creating a strong rotating flow inside the cylindrical and conical chamber. Heavier and coarser particles move outward and discharge through the underflow, while lighter fine particles move upward through the inner vortex and exit through the overflow outlet. With compact structure, large throughput, no moving parts, low maintenance, and stable performance, the hydrocyclone is widely used in beneficiation plants, grinding circuits, tailings treatment, chemical processing, and environmental protection systems.
